We accomplish our vision systematically through these actions and processes:
1. Prayer & Intercession
To have Intercessory Prayer as the highest priority, and intercede, stand in the gap, and demonstrate on behalf of Gracefields, neighbours, communities, our nation, and church at large – including us being a house of prayer for all nations worldwide. Isaiah 62:6-7.
We persist in prayer and intercession regarding all specific or general needs.
We pray continually in all things concerning the Kingdom of God.
We schedule 24 hour prayer chains at different times throughout the year, fasting and prayer for the Gracefields audience, and prayer activities once a year.
We emphasise that communication with God is the highest privilege and greatest responsibility of every member and must therefore be modelled by all at Gracefields in an active and effective prayer life – (Isa. 56:7; Mark 11:17; Rom. 8:26; 1 Cor. 14:14, 15; 1 Thess. 5:17; I Tim. 2:1-4, 8; James 5:14, 15)
We seek through intercession, to become God’s instruments of redemption (rescue, deliverance and restoration) as we pray according to our Father God’s heart and will, it will bring about change in people and circumstances, etc.
2. Evangelism & Discipleship
This is made possible through people who: disciple (Mentor) another, teach, equip (train), do life coaching and mobilise these people to do the same.
Establish a home Connect Group network that extends from our front door to the farthest reaches.
Invite Guests Speakers/Small Groups from local churches and organizations, to get involved, over weekends in interactive training that will impact lives and develop leaders.
3. Developing Teams Of Dedicated Christlike C0-Workers
4. Community Upliftment Projects
Empowering the community –Fostering Economic Development or Job Creation (Helping them become self-sufficient and then impart their knowledge to others)
Community development – Give people a fish and they will eat for a day. Teach the people to fish and they will eat for a life time. Enable people of the community to start local enterprises that meet local needs and employ indigenous people. Bring strong management in so that persistent leadership develops to create strong enterprises. Community ownership and local jobs keep money and resources in the community and recycling to the benefit of many helping to lead to the Economic viability of the neighbourhood. The key is to restore our communities in attracting and retaining capable biblical neighbour – leaders. Redistribution is about people, community, economics’ and justice. Redistribution is about developing people. Redistribution results when people reconciled to God and each other, share whatever resources they have to work together for the good of the total community – 2 Corinthians 8:13-14 – Acts 4: 32-34 – Philippians 2:4.
Gracefields will take teams to visit these communities and people upon which we focus by means of different ministries, projects and short-term trips. we will also train and equip both the communities and its leaders.
5. Strategic Partnerships
We serve the communities in Springs, Gauteng, South Africa and worldwide. We partner with them whether they are local or foreign, breaking ground.
